Dr. Vivian Horner
Dr. Horner has more than thirty years' experience in children's media, specializing in interactive media. Dr. Horner has a long-standing interest in education and in quality media experiences for children. She is a former board chair of the Bank Street College of Education, and currently serves on the Board of the National Foreign Language Center.
